Symptoms

FWPIP 12.2.1.1 does not support non-https connection to edge application

The following error is encountered when trying to access CCB from PIP

ERROR
-----------------------
oracle.fabric.common.FabricInvocationException: Unable to invoke endpoint URI "http://ccbuat.lwc.local/ouaf/XAIApp/xaiserver/ExtractFAInfo" successfully due to: oracle.fabric.common.PolicyEnforcementException: WSM-00042 : The request must be made over SSL.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create FA in CCB and have SOA pick it up from the staging table
