Completion message from MWM to CCB failing: XML-23029: (Error) FORG0001: invalid value for cast/cons  

When completing the FA from within the MWM application instead of through the MCP, the completion message fails in the PIP with the mssage: XML-23029: (Error) FORG0001: invalid value for cast/constructor. We suspect that some fields coming out might be blank which is what is causing the error when the FA is completed within the server side MWM application vs via the MCP.
