FWPIP InstallSOA Fails With 'DinputScenario=1' Using Patch 24714264 On Premise (Doc ID 2355521.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer wanted to apply FW-PIP RUP1 and RUP2, and saw in the ReadMe.txt for the Rollup Patches that <patch 24714264>. In turn, patch 24714264 had a prerequisite requirement to convert from $AIA_HOME to $PRODUCT_HOME.

Customer undeployed the FWPIP from the $AIA_HOME, and created a new $PRODUCT_HOME and attempted to deploy the FWPIP after installing patch 24714264. However, the installSOA portion is failing for "DinputScenario=1" . We're getting the following error message:

The 2 "QueryInstalledProduct" BPEL Composites are not deploying.
