Symptoms

The Field Work Process Integration Pack UtilitiesWorkOrderResponseEBS Flow State remains in "Running" for random activities sent from Mobile Workforce Management to Customer Care and Billing instead of changing to a "Complete" status. The flow states remains in "Running" state for longer than a day.
