Goal

On Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA) for Communications, version 12.2.1, during installation of the product, there is an error encountered at the time of Order to Cash process integration pack (PIP) deployment using "setupO2C" command.

Notes:

It is observed that this issue is not happening always
Retry of deployment is working fine
But from time to time, Order to Cash deployment in is failing with the said error

What is the remedy to avoid this error?
Are the current values for maxretries and waitinseconds hardcoded? What are the current values for these two parameters?
