ACCOUNT Level PROFILE_OBJ Is Not Synced Properly In AIA And BRM (Doc ID 2846873.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 10, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Application Integration Architecture Foundation Pack - Version 12.1.3.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Oracle Application Integration Architecture Foundation Pack

In AIA OOB commit_customer flow dont have the account level profile data passing. But BRM side commit customer opcode supports the same.
Hence user added the same in AIA flow and try to use it. Like below

As of now this PROFILE_OBJ is not stored in xref table. So user want to know how to store the same in xref table or any other places/ways, so that they can later read the same and send it via CUST_UPDATE_CUSTOMER or other flow?
