Symptoms

After upgrading to Agile 9.3.6 RUP 18, along with PIP 3.6
When a change errored, remaining Changes are stuck in Pending until the error is cleared.
This is not the case with PIP 3.4

 Upgrade Agile to 9.3.6 RUP 18, along with PIP 3.6
