Goal

OFSC Pending Resource Usage items
Resource Usage items added to an activity (Timesheets, Equipment, and Others)
are added as Pending status. If items are left in the pending state when the
activity is completed, they do not get sent to the activity in WAM.
It would be a regular occurrence that staff forgets to update the status of
the resources to complete, resulting in important costing not being captured.
The customer requested to show the pop-up window of stop/warning to the user that
resources are pending when completing the activity, similar to the warning
for mandatory service histories.
