Symptoms
The Enterprise Manager Agent perl process causes high cpu utilization when running a particular query against the 11g database. The query is from the metric audit_failed_logins and audit_failed_logins_historical metric, which runs a script called failedLogin.pl in $ORACLE_HOME/sysman/admin/scripts.
