Symptoms

The agent perl process is causing high cpu when running a particular query against 11g databases.  The query is from the metric audit_failed_logins and audit_failed_logins_historical metric, which runs a script called failedLogin.pl  in $ORACLE_HOME/sysman/admin/scripts.
