Symptoms
When running EMCA, DBCA or DBUA on a 10.2.0.4/10.2.0.5 database past the 31st Dec 2010, operation fails at EM DB Console starting phase.
Database Configuration Assistant (DBCA) and Database Upgrade Assistant (DBUA) will report the following error in the console:
