Oracle Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control (FMWC) 11g does not Display OHS Configuration - 'Failed to invoke operation load on MBean' error After Applying Patchset (Doc ID 1285225.1)

Symptoms

After FMW 11g system patching, when trying to show the OHS1 configuration in Oracle Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control (FMWC) there is an error displayed instead.

Attempt to display the OHS1 configuration in Oracle Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control (FMWC) results in the following error

Failed to invoke operation load on MBean oracle.as.management.mbeans.register:type=component,name=ohs1,instance=testwt,Location=AdminServer
Load failed with IOException
Load failed with IOException



The <domain home>/servers/AdminServer/logs/Adminserver.log shows the following error:

However, there is no SSL in picture.
