Symptoms
The JVM Diagnostic Agent does not start. It exits with the following error:
jamrun:JAM Agent initializing, sleeping 5 secs
jamrun:JAM Agent initializing, sleeping 5 secs
Jam Agent: Initialization Error 03 Code 0x56e6f99d
JAM Agent: Init Error -1, Exiting...
