Getting MDS-00068 While Trying To Login to FMW EM Console After Upgrading From to (Doc ID 1342816.1)

Upgraded Fusion Middleware from to on IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit).

All the functional upgrades are successful.

While trying to login to the Enterprise Manager it gives the error:
