Getting MDS-00068 While Trying To Login to FMW EM Console After Upgrading From 11.1.1.2.0 to 11.1.1.4.0 (Doc ID 1342816.1)

Symptoms


Upgraded Fusion Middleware from 11.1.1.2.0 to 11.1.1.4.0. on IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit).

All the functional upgrades are successful.

While trying to login to the Enterprise Manager it gives the error:
