Symptoms

OMS Version: 12.1.0.1

The command emcli login completes successfully.
The command emcli sync fails with:

Error: Session expired. Run emcli login to establish a session.

The file MIDDLEWARE_HOME/gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/emcli/setup/.emcli/.emcli.log shows:
