Purpose

This document helps to provide troubleshooting tips for common issues related to any Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control Management Agent installation failure.

If you cannot install (deploy) your EM 12c Management Agent for any reason, this note can help you.

Note that these troubleshooting concepts will also generally apply the EM 13c, but there is a change in the format of the Agent Oracle Home directory path from, for instance, .../core/12.1.0.5.0/... to .../agent 13.1.0.0.0/...
