Goal

Server has dual network interface cards (NIC).

Enterprise Manager 11g Fusion Middleware Control (fmwctl) menu items not working are:
fmwctl > oid1 > OID menu > Security > Wallets.
fmwctl > oid1 > OID menu > Security > Audit Policy

Both fail with the same error:

Goal is to fix this issue and allow administration of OID from fmwctl.
