Symptoms


Installing the Enterprise Manager (EM) 12c Cloud Control agent through the Add Target Host Feature fails at agent start with the error:

Transferring Agent Software to Destination Host." The error is "Creation of directory <AGENT_BASE_DIR>/agent12c on host xxx Failed. Error Message:Not Available Exit Code : 1. Recommendation Not Available.
