Running 11.2.0.X EMCA Command to Reconfigure Database Control does not Ask for Listener Port Number - it is not Possible to Specify Listener Port (Doc ID 1495494.1)

Symptoms

Running the following EMCA command:

emca -config dbcontrol db

It does not give the user the option to change the listener port number.  This command is being run in order to reconfigure Database Control (dbconsole) to use a different listener port number, after the listener port has been changed.

This is the suggested method to change the dbconsole configuration according to the documentation:
