12C: Mgmt$db_init_params_all View Does Not Have rac_database targets (Doc ID 1498651.1)

Symptoms

In 12c Cloud Control, the "rac_database" target type in "mgmt$db_init_params_all" and in "mgmt$db_init_params" views is missing. However, it does exist in the same views for the 11g/10g Grid Control installations.

 both queries give "oracle_database" only in 12c. However in 11GC and 10GC, the same queries give "oracle_database" and "rac_database".
