Goal
How to disable the Alert for "Database Time Spent Waiting (%)" in Enterprise Manager 12.1.0.1, 12.1.0.2 and 12.1.0.3. Notice that in Enterprise Manager 12.1.0.4 onwards, the later database plug-in (12.1.0.6 and onwards) is used. In the 12.1.0.6 plug-in onwards, the server generated alert system is no longer relied on for generating this alert (as explained in <Note:1680788.1> "Changes to Oracle Database Monitoring in Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12.1.0.4")
