At the same time each day, all databases monitored by EM 12c have a failed login from DBSNMP.

There are Daily login failures in audit trail for production databases, on several different target hosts monitored by EM 12c.
Times are the same time daily from each Agent that monitors target Host.

In the databases impacted by the issue, the failed DBSNMP login can be collected and can be seen using those SQL Statements :
