Symptoms
After initial Failure of OEM 12c Installation, user tried to complete the OMS configuration with the following command:
$<OMS_HOME>/oui/bin/runConfig.sh ORACLE_HOME=<oms_home_path> MODE=perform ACTION=configure COMPONENT_XML={encap_oms.1_0_0_0_0.xml}
But this failed with the following error:
