Symptoms
Unable to change dbsnmp password for database targets configuration with emcli. The job fails.
example:
emcli update_db_password -target_name=<FULL_TARGET_NAME> -change_at_target=yes -user_name=dbsnmp -old_password=oracle12 -new_password=x1x2.x3x4 -retype_new_password=x1x2.x3x4
Job fails Could not connect to target database :<FULL_TARGET_NAME> to change password
for user: dbsnmp
ORA-00922: missing or invalid option
