Purpose

This article intends to describe the steps necessary to troubleshoot a problem with a Database Tablespace Used (%) Metric in Enterprise Manager (EM) 12c Cloud Control with the Database Plug-in 12.1.x

This article covers the monitoring of Oracle Database release 10.2.0.5 and higher only.  Please note, this article only refers to Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12.1.0.3 and lower.  for EM 12.1.0.4 Cloud Control and higher, see <Note:1927636.1> "Testing and Troubleshooting the 'Tablespace Space Full (%)' metric in Enterprise Manager 12.1.0.4"
