Purpose

Tool for troubleshooting fmwc issues.
This tool is provided on "as is" basis, no support will be provided for this tool.

Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control(fmwc) target discovery generates a targets.xml, this targets.xml is stored in-memory but not saved to filesystem.  This note provides steps to display targets.xml output.    Esssentially performing a new discovery.

This is not the same file as $DOMAIN_HOME/sysman/state/targets.xml.   This in-memory targets.xml is the one used by fmwc to show targets information.
