Symptoms

The alerts from enterprise Manager are not received in SCOM.

SCOM Connector Agent and SCOM Web service were correctly configured and tested.

The SCOM Connector Agent is installed on a Windows machine with Microsoft IIS 7 or higher.

The Web service log shows the following error

 <WEB_SERVICE_INSTALL>/adapter/log/framework.log
