How to configure the Incident ruleset to send notifications only if the event has been open for a certain period of time?
For example: An Agent has gone down and the 'Agent Unreachable' event is raised in the console for this Agent. But the notification should be sent only if the Agent remains
unreachable for 30 minutes and no notification should be sent out if the Agent comes back to UP status within 30 minutes.
