 Troubleshooting Steps
 1)  Confirm that the Agent is Started and Uploading Correctly
 2)  Check for errors on the Agent Homepage.
 3) Check whether the Response metric can be evaluated successfully
 4) Check whether the listener Response metric is scheduled
 5) Manually force the Response Metric to run
 6) Check what the agent has determined the listener target's status to be
 If the agent shows either a 'critical or a clear'
 7) If the listener target shows a Pending status, and does not exist in output of emctl config agent listtargets
 See if the agent is blocked
 See if the database plug-in exists on the agent
 8)  If the Target is Marked as Broken
 9) If Response Metric is Suspended
 For 12.1.0.3 and 12.1.0.4 and higher
 For 12.1.01 and certain versions of 12.1.0.2
