Result from logfiles and these tools will help to isolate issue to specific component and determining the root cause.
In this note the error from logfiles is "Failed to find space in Container directive ..." but the troubleshooting steps will apply for other errors as well. In this article as well as most of the OHS 'Failed to invoke operation load on MBean' errors the MBean name is: oracle.as.management.mbeans.register:type=component,name=ohs1,instance=[instanceName],Location=AdminServer

It is important to view the logfiles for the time period when testcase was ran so the related errors can be identified
The failed operation in fmwc is "load on MBean", the load operation can also be performed with other tools such as "fmwc System MBean Browser" and jconsole
