Goal

Added custom target properties using:

emcli add_target_property -target_type="*" -property="Primary DBA"
emcli add_target_property -target_type="*" -property="Secondary DBA"

How to use these custom properties to define new dynamic groups? The console doesn't display these custom properties when trying to create a dynamic group via Targets > Groups > Create > Dynamic Group > Define Membership Criteria > Add/Remove Target Properties
