Symptoms

Use Case 1

Executing any EMCLI command fails with the following error:

Example:  $emcli login -username=sysman
Error: The specified configuration directory "/root/.emcli" is missing, inaccessible, or insecure (access permissions are too liberal).
Resolve the problem and run setup.

When trying to execute the same command using "root" user, the EMCLI command executes successfully.

Executing emcli setup fails with the following errors:
