Symptoms
There are minor GUI image differences in Fusion Middleware Control (EM) depending on whether the environment is a base 11.1.1.7 install or a patch from one of the earlier 11.1.1.x versions.
For example, when patched from FMw 11.1.1.6 (or earlier) to 11.1.1.7 :
(i) Tabs do *not* have a sloping edge, instead they are rectangular. With a base install of FMw 11.1.1.7, Tabs have a sloping trailing edge.
(ii) The expand/contract details icon is an + (expand) or - (contract). With a base install of FMw 11.1.1.7, the icon is a triangle image.
