Snapshot List For Generating AWR Report Displaying a Blank/empty Page (Doc ID 1637048.1)

For generating an AWR Report for a target DB in EM Cloud Control console, when trying to select the begin and end snapshots, the pop-up page that should list the snapshots is empty/blank.
The following steps were used to see this:
  RAC DB Homepage -> [Performance] -> [AWR] -> [AWR Report] -> [By Snapshot] -> click [magnifying glass] icon -> In [Search and Select: Snapshots] page, no snapshot are displayed.

The issue was reproduced on multiple browser types and versions.
