EM 12c,13c: IDM (OID/OVD) Key Metrics Unavailable in Enterprise Manager Cloud Control (Doc ID 1902126.1)

Symptoms

Environment:

EM 12c Cloud Control monitoring 11g IDM targets (AdminServer, oracle_ods, oracle_oim; Identity and Access: OID , OVD)


Access Key Metrics like the following:

Server Response
Messaging Search Operation Response Time
Bind Operation Response Time

Total Open Logon Sessions
Completed Search Operations
Server Load

Failed Bind Operations
Failed LDAP Super User Login
Successful LDAP Super User Login

All these metrics appear as Unavailable in the EM 12c console.

 

A target OID instances will generate an incident:

The following exception has occurred:
Can't resolve a non-optional query descriptor property [password] (password)

 

The following is correspondingly shown:
