Goal

The email notification (Long format) generated by Enterprise Manager Cloud Control has certain fields in bold (<b> tag), includes hyperlinks for some of the attributes such as Target Name, Message etc and also line breaks tags ( <br> ) after each field.
Some 3rd party event processors or email client may not be able to handle these HTML tags correctly, due to which the HTML code is displayed as-is, for example:
