Symptoms
Creating a Named Credential for an OS user in Enterprise Manager (EM) 12c Cloud Control results in the following console message:
ERROR
-----------------------
"ERROR: Failed to impersonate user"
This user is not the owner of the Agent Oracle Home.
However other OS users (for instance, the Agent Oracle Home user) do not generate the error.
