Symptoms

Listener target relocation reports the following error:

Errors from relocating targets from Agent A to B
Error from target relocation while performing relocation from null to null, ERROR Message: The following plugins are not of the same version on source and destination agent:oracle.sysman.db:Src Agent Version: 12.1.0.4.0:Src Agent Rev Version: 0:Dest Agent Version: null:Dest Agent Rev Version: null:

 

Relocating a database to another host using "emctl relocate_target agent" or "emcli relocate_targets" the following error occurs:

ERROR-Error from target relocation while performing relocation from null to null, ERROR Message: The following pluginsare not of the same version on source and destination agent:oracle.sysman.db:Src Agent Version: 12.1.0.6.0:Src Agent Rev Version: 0:Dest Agent Version: null:Dest Agent Rev Version: null:; : Can't find resource for bundle oracle.sysman.emdrep.target.relocate.RelocateTargetMsg, key Error from target relocation while performing relocation from null to null, ERROR Message: The following pluginsare not of the same version on source and destination agent:oracle.sysman.db:Src Agent Version: 12.1.0.6.0:Src Agent Rev Version: 0:Dest Agent Version: null:Dest Agent Rev Version: null:;
