Symptoms
The metric, Log File Monitoring -> Log File Pattern Matched Line Count Metric scans the whole log file every time the metric is collected.
The expected behaviour should be that a configuration file should determine the file name and last line scanned so that the whole file is not
scanned every time. The file scan should continue on from the last line scanned.
