In the 12c Console UI, clicking on 'Test Email Servers' button in the Setup -> Notifications -> Notification Methods page succeeds with the below message:
But the test email is not received by the Sender's Email ID configured in the Notification Methods Page.
This could also occur when sending a test email to the email address added to a particular Administrator in the Setup -> <<user>> menu -> Enterprise Manager Password & Email page.
