ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After applying a PSU patch to the OMS, the recommended patches screen is still showing that the PSU needs to be applied.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
If a patch is already applied, it should not show up in the recommended patches screen.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot trust their patch recommendations.
