Symptoms
Logged in to the Enterprise Manager Cloud Control console, you navigate to the SOA Home page and select the tab "OSB Services".
A table with the list of OSB services is displayed.
In the column "Target Name", there is a link to the target itself. Clicking on this link raises the following error:

If you expand the service name, three rows are displayed. Clicking on the target name link from the second or the third row does not raise a error.
