Symptoms

An attempt to deselect the "Enable Events for Status Severity" checkboxes fails. Refresh shows that the checkboxes have been deselected but after logging out and back in, the checkboxes are selected again incorrectly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The checkboxes should remain deselected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup -> Incidents -> Job Events
2. Select “All” under Enable Events for Status Severity and click Apply.
3. Click the refresh arrow. Checkboxes remain selected.
4. De-select “All” under “Enable Events for Status Severity” and click Apply.
5. Logout of EM and log back in
6. Setup -> Incidents -> Job Events
7. The “Enable Events for Status Severity” is still selected.
