Currently the only way to execute and view the guided discovery results is via the GUI.  In order to use the emcli add_target verb effectively it would
require the ability to execute a discovery on a host, hosts or cluster and return the results in a form (XML) that could be parsed by a script and then
fed into emcli.

There are two requests to automate target discovery and promotion using emcli:

1. emcli to run auto discovery
2. emcli to promote discovered targets
