Exadata Database Machine Does Not Show ASM, HAS or Cluster as Members (Doc ID 1989963.1)

Symptoms

When the Exadata rack is added to a dynamic admin group based on the properties of the target ( ie, business line, location, etc ), the ASM, has and cluster targets are not visible in the view under Database Machine > Members > show all:

 

 

 

There are no clustered ASM, has or cluster targets listed.
