OHS 12c (12.1.x) Core Dumps Intermittently When SSLSESSIONCACHE is Turned On

Oracle HTTP Server is dumping intermittent core dumps when SSL is enabled and SSLSESSIONCACHE is turned on.

The OHS error log has the following entries:

[OHS] [NOTIFICATION:16] [OHS-9999] [core.c] [host_id: <hostname>] [host_addr: <ip_address>] [pid: 13555] [tid: 1] [user: oradbms]
[VirtualHost: main] child pid 13643 exit signal Bus error (10), possible coredump in /app/oracle/orahttp/
