Symptoms

On 12.1.0.3 cloud control.

ISSUE
======
Customer has the log file metric setup to monitor 4 files from IBM WebSphere targets.
The metric works fine, but when the log files roll over at 20 mb, the metrics stop monitoring the files
and no alerts are sent.

WHY THIS MATTERS
=================
the customer cannot monitor their WebSphere targets via the 12.1.0.5 FMW plugin they are using
to capture the metrics for the targets.
