Last updated on JANUARY 23, 2024

Applies to:

Enterprise Manager for Oracle Database - Version 12.1.0.1.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

To demonstrate how to create a custom report to retrieve the non-default schemas (those which own objects) against a database target.

There is a list of default schemas given in:

Oracle® Database 2 Day + Security Guide
11g Release 2 (11.2)
Part Number E10575-05
Chapter 3 - Securing Oracle Database User Accounts/Predefined User Accounts Provided by Oracle Database

View the sections "Predifined Oracle Database Administrative User Accounts", "Predefined Non-Administrative User Accounts", and "Predefined Sample Schema User Accounts" to see the list of the default and sample provided schemas.

Also note that there may be additional default schemas provided by other tools.  For example, if the database hosts the EM repository, then additional schemas can be:

'SYSMAN_MDS','SYSMAN_OPSS','SYSMAN_RO','SYSMAN_BIPLATFORM','SYSMAN_APM','SYSMAN_BIP','CLOUD_SWLIB_USER','CLOUD_ENGINE_USER','SYSMAN_BIPLATFORM'

It may be necessary to amend the query given below according to personal requirements.
