Configuration:
AIX target host versions 7.1.0.0
Oracle target database version 11.2.0.4, 2 node RAC
EM 12.1.0.4 system with:
System Patch 12.1.0.4.11 (System Patch 20844774)
Agent 12.1.0.4.8 (Bundle Patch 20822942)
Oracle Database Plug-in 12.1.0.7.3 (Bundle Patch 20844888)
Patching Oracle RAC 11.2.0.4 database targets with patch 20485808 through the EM 12.1.0.4 Cloud Control provisioning framework fails on both nodes with this error:
Check if Dispatcher Location is writable
