EM 12c : BISystemUser is Removed/Damaged - How to repair the internal BISystemUser (Doc ID 2049571.1)

Symptoms

If the BISystemUser account is corrupt or has been inadvertently removed, scheduled reports may not run and the following messages may be seen:

NOTE: Another Symptom of the problem identified here would be shown when navigating in the EM Console to 'Enterprise' > 'Reports' > 'BI Publisher Enterprise Reports' - Even though you may have not changed any passwords on the OMS it's WebLogic Server, corruption of the BISystemUser / EMBIPWS user may have occurred.  The first step in working this issue would be to run the 'sync_embip.sh' script as documented in the following document:

   - BIP for EM: How to Update Enterprise Manager-Integrated BI Publisher Configuration After Modifying weblogic or nodemanager Password? (Doc ID 2137248.1)

The script should synchronize these embedded user accounts, but if it this fails to correct the issue, only then would it be necessary to ust the 'WLST' tool as documented below.
