Symptoms

Clean up of a failed DBaaS Provision does not work correctly in Enterprise Manager (EM) 12c Cloud Control.

Creating a database using the DBaaS workflow fails and requires clean up to so the same instance name can be used again. The emcli utility is used for this clean up attempt:
